Primary Use: It is a versatile product primarily used for waterproofing and damp-proofing. Common applications include dampproofing below-ground concrete structures (above the water table), acting as a moisture vapor barrier, and as a protective coating for built-up roofing systems and other exposed surfaces like metal, wood, and masonry  

Properties:  

• Cold Applied: No heating is required, making it easy to apply with a brush, roller, or spray.  

• Safe: It is water-based, non-toxic, non-flammable, and odorless, making it suitable for use in confined or enclosed spaces.  

• Durable: Once dry, it forms a black, flexible protective film that is a tough barrier to vapor transmission and resists weathering, rust, UV damage, and salts like chlorides and sulfates present in the soil.
